I’ve Always Been Building
I’ve never been completely comfortable answering the question, “What do you do?”
For years, I thought the answer was tied to my occupation. I sold real estate. I invested in property. I built rental homes. I worked in commercial construction and business development. I became involved in the lighting industry. I started companies.
Every answer was true, but none of them felt complete.
Looking back, I realize I have always been doing the same thing.
I have always been building.
Based in Greenville. Built from Experience.
For more than 20 years, my career has been rooted in real estate and the places people call home. In 2015, I began building homes alongside my father, and what began in brokerage and investing grew naturally into remodeling, building, and development, throughout Greenville and the Upstate.
Today, those experiences come together at SAVOR. We can walk the space with you, understand how you want to use it, and stay involved from the first idea through the finished room.
Built on What Matters
My name is Thomas Chad Chism and today, I am a husband to my wife, Morgan, and a father to Quinn and Bennett. My faith, my family, and the pursuit of meaningful work form the foundation for everything I do.
Those priorities have changed the way I define success.
Success is not simply completing another project. It is hearing laughter in a room we created. It is seeing a family spend more time together. It is giving someone a place to focus, recharge, or enjoy a part of life they love.
That is the standard behind SAVOR.
